2009 has been a phenomenal year with LCGRR...life changing!
After adopting Lizzy back in April, we slowly started to attend rescue functions and Meet & Greets. As we began to get to know the volunteers involved, we knew we had found a special group of new friends.
Lizzy needed extra love and confidence building, but she has blossomed into an amazingly happy dog and a true member of our family, she brings us such joy.
With the close of the year, I'm now the new President for the rescue! I hope to use my media knowledge to help get the word out about our wonderful rescue, so that we're able to save even more Goldens. I also will be working to create a quarterly newsletter, along with several new promotional materials.
